EPLAMID 6 FX0 is an unfilled PA6 material developed for e-powertrain applications and designed to meet the RAL 2003 orange safety coding requirements for electric vehicles. Optimized for battery cover applications, it delivers the key thermal, mechanical, and color performance properties required for EV battery protection components
The material passes thermal aging testing at 100°C for 168 hours, retains its UL V0 rating after 1,000 hours at 90°C, and maintains a color difference of Delta E < 13 compared with RAL 2003.
Thanks to its high flowability and good process stability, EPLAMID 6 FX0 supports reliable injection molding while providing durable performance in electric vehicle battery protection applications.
