We encourage the use of electric company cars and we set up charging stations within the company. We aim to achieve around 15% of Co2 reduction within the scope of transition to electric vehicles.

Within the scope of efforts to increase employee satisfaction and performance, we regularly conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
We support gender equality and provide equal opportunities with a total of 46% white-collar female employees, 38% of whom are managers.

We reuse production waste and pallets of certain quality in our processes and manage all our waste processes with the principle of ‘zero waste’.
